foreman-rake templates:sync doesn't append "Community" prefix by default

Description
The documentation of foreman_templates indicates that by default it uses "Community" as a prefix for imported templates. However it actually doesn't set a prefix, which will overwrite the existing templates if none is specified (doh!).
