unknown_paths is not used and initialized

uninitialized list 'unknown_paths' causes error, and it is not used.

What is "unknown_paths"? What error are you getting?

In app/models/katello/system.rb, save_bound_repos_by_path! method, there is uninitialized variable 'unknown_paths', and it causes an error in katelloagent. And the variable is not used anywhere as far as I searched.
If actual log message is important, I'll search for it. The error was happen when repository sync was not finished. My current environment can't reproduce the error.
