Description

the ms dhcp has "named" scopes that should be used as the name of the network. This would require one less step when setting up networks in foreman.

netsh dhcp server dhcpserverip

shows the following

Scope Address, subnet maks, state, scope name, comment

Please parse this information for the scope name and use as the network name in foreman
