Redhat Repos page does not load with rails 4
Description
importing a manifest and going to the redhat repos page results in javascript errors:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'msie' of undefined(anonymous function) jquery.ba-bbq.js?body=1:980(anonymous function) jquery.ba-bbq.js?body=1:1137
katello.common.js?body=1:172 Uncaught TypeError: $(...).live is not a function

Looks like .live is deprecated http://stackoverflow.com/questions/14354040/jquery-1-9-live-is-not-a-function
