Description

1. Create a hostgroup, select a content view and lifecycle environment
2. GO to the new host page and select the hostgroup

Content view and lifecycle environment do not get populated, even with a hack to get around http://projects.theforeman.org/issues/12898

Related to http://projects.theforeman.org/issues/12605 which is fixed as part of 2.4, but not in master. So need to account for puppet environment as well.
