Can't delete activation key

Description
When removing an activation key, I am seeing
An error occurred removing the Activation Key: Task 813c1d56-d2c8-4626-819d-ec4c8ef24cf9: ActiveRecord::InverseOfAssociationNotFoundError: Could not find the inverse association for pool_activation_keys (:activation_keys in Katello::PoolActivationKey)

i just update from katello 2.3 to 2.4.1 and still the issue

- Upgrade katello 2.3 to 2.4

1.-After the upgrade i just create a new key and choice the library and the content view centos save the key no problem
2.- delete the key previously created
3.- errror An error occurred removing the Activation Key: Task 389a1d13-d33c1-2389-213a-dg4g5hf24cf9: ActiveRecord::InverseOfAssociationNotFoundError: Could not find the inverse association for pool_activation_keys (:activation_keys in Katello::PoolActivationKey)
