Steps to reproduce:
1) Set up a content host and sync https://jlsherrill.fedorapeople.org/fake-repos/needed-errata/ on the satellite
2) Make repository available to content host, then yum install walrus-0.71 on content host
3) Apply available errata to content host

The task should finish with warning "Host did not respond within 20 seconds. Is katello-agent installed and goferd running on the Host?"

This was found on a rhel 7 and centos 7 content host.

It appears the errata is actually applied despite the warning, as the package will be updated.

Expected Results: The errata is applied successfully
