Description

The text inside table headings is not centred vertically, tending slightly to the top part of the cell. It seems a little more pronounced in Chrome as there's a slight padding or size difference between it and Firefox.

It looks like the vertical-align: middle setting in patternfly_and_overrides.scss is contributing to it.

While I'm looking at the headings, I'm unsure why the background image is overridden to none in Foreman's overrides when the gradient is provided by Patternfly.
