Description

Instead of URL column, which is useless, replace with locations.

URLs are not useless, it's like any attribute of any object, it helps you tell them apart or find information out without opening the show page. Locations are an optional, non-default feature.

Orgs should also be listed if locations are added, the number should be limited (esp if a proxy is in all taxonomies) and they should be on every index, not just smart proxies (#4376 etc).

For the record, I think the proper solution is to make columns selectable for this page, and for the future in most/all tables. We already do this in discovery via global setting.
