Have pie chart graphs link to the hosts the slices represent part 2
Description
Feature 1279 was opened to have charts link to hosts they represent. This was implemented but not completely. Only charts on dashboard link to anything.
The idea was to have fact charts and charts in the statistics page link to the hosts they represent as well.

I have code that accomplishes this. I will work on submitting it to the devel list. The only charts that are missed are charts on statistics that do not represent a specific set of hosts, the memory charts.

Line 78 of charts.js has 2 '~' before 'VAL1'. Maybe that is wanted/needed, but I'm thinking it may be a typo?
