Description

This issue is to update the Content -> Content Views UI to incorporate the Docker v2 Manifest counts.

This includes:

[content view x] -> Docker Content -> List/Remove|Add (repository list shows tags; however, manifests may be more appropriate)
[content view x] -> Versions (content view version list (shows images and tags)
