Remove katello-disconnected tooling and replace with error message

With the addition of the Content View export/import functionality to Katello we no longer need the katello-disconnected tooling.
Lets remove the script's contents and replace it with a removal warning:
- katello-disconnected
ERROR: katello-disconnected has been replaced with Content View export functions found in the UI or 'hammer content-view export'
This will ensure people upgrading will at least have a pointer to the new replacement.

Forgive me if I'm wrong but I don't think there is currently a way to do what "katello-disconnected publish" does in katello 3.0? My setup it a k-disconnected which publishes over https and a katello which pulls from that. I would really like to see something to replace this in katello 3.0.

Disregard my previous comment please, you can export as directory structure I thought Katello 3.0 could only export as an ISO :)
