Description

Due to recent changes, runcible version >= 1.6 is required and this should be reflected in gemspec. Lower versions result in the following error:
app/models/katello/repository.rb:88:in `<class:Repository>': uninitialized constant Runcible::Models::YumImporter::DOWNLOAD_POLICIES (NameError)
