Missing access permissions for routes
Description
There are multiple routes with missing permissions. It does not show on Jenkins because jenkins:katello task runs a specific test suite which does not contain Foreman's AccessPermissionsTest. When running Foreman's jenkins:unit, test failures appear (http://ci.theforeman.org/job/test_plugin_matrix/1060/database=postgresql,ruby=1.9.3,slave=fast/#showFailuresLink).
