Lifecycle Environment creation generates error to the user

Description

If there are any mismatches on the organization, creating a lifecycle environment will generate an error to the user.

Scenario:
  1. install katello nightly
  2. install capsule nightly (registering to the katello server above)
  3. go to the katello UI and attempt to create a Lifecycle Environment

Observe the following error to the user:

["you cannot remove locations that are used by hosts or inherited."]

It appears that if the organization has any 'mismatches' it will generate an error when attempting to save an org, which appears to occur as part of creating a lifecycle environment. As a workaround, the user must first resolve the mismatches. Also note, in spite of the above error, the lifecycle environment appears to get created.
