Smart proxy API in the Foreman needs to provdide entry points for managing puppet CA on a proxy:

Basic info about puppet ca:

• show proxy plugin version
• count of managed hosts
• certificate couts (pending, valid, revoked)
• ca certificate expiry date
• count of autosign entries

Autosign entries management:

• list autosign entries
• create and delete autosign entries
• list puppet certificates

Certificate management:

• list certificates (provide: cert name, state, valid from, expires, fingerprint)
