Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Content -> Sync Status page
2. Without selecting any repo, click 'Synchronize Now'

Actual results:
Nothing happens

Expected results:
Disable 'Synchronize Now' button until atleast one repo is selected for sync.
