hosts without a subscription facet should not display red in content hosts list
Description
If a host does not have a subscription facet the UI content hosts list currently displays the red dot next to the name in the list. Best would be to display no symbol at all or perhaps gray for unknown?

Perhaps we should show the hosts status indicator here to encompass all possible status values like a user would see on the hosts page itself.

Can confirm that this is still a bug.
To clarify, an unregistered host will show a green icon on the "hosts" page, but on the "content hosts" page will have a red status.
