Description

This issue was discovered via bats testing

RHEL6 requires an additional setting in the squid config:

# user-defined http_port
http_port 3128 accel

needs to be

# user-defined http_port
http_port 3128 accel  defaultsite=127.0.0.1:8751

This is harmless to also add to el7.
