In the API/CLI, content view versions seem to have a name

Description

The problem is that this name changes when I update the content view name. It seems misleading/surprising.

A couple options:

1. Have content view versions store a name (ie the content view name when the version is published)
2. Get rid of the name field from the json/CLI output and only show content view name clearly labeled as Content View Name.

I lean toward #2.
