"katello kickstart default finish" template has remote_execution_ssh_keys snippet w/in if/end puppet_enabled block
Description
If puppet_enabled is false the REX ssh keys will not be set up.
To reproduce, provision w/o puppet_enabled

The katello repo is not added to this project so the revision was not linked. I don't think we should add the repo here, I'd say this ticket should be rather moved to Katello project. At least to track correct release version.
