Description

Cloned from https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1328943
Description of problem:
When running `hammer content-view filter info` passing `content-view-id` and `name` the command should print the information for the given name if found, otherwise should fail and state that was not able to find a match for the specified name.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
satellite-6.2.0-8.2.beta.el7sat.noarch

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a content view filter with a valid name
2. Try to get the information by passing an empty name or any blank character

Actual results:
The command returns one already created filter not even matching the name

Expected results:
The command returns the right information if the name matches or states that was not able to find a content view with the specified name.
