Description

There is an intermittent unit test failure which affects Jenkins builds, and also affects some local runs. Only a few developers have been able to reproduce the issue, and it disappears when debugged.

The failure is in hosts_bulk_actions_controller_test, it occurs in either 'test_destroy_hosts' or 'test_content_view_environment'.
