Hypervisor Entry errors
Description
I recently updated a Katello 2.4 configuration to 3.0-RC4 (so we can start working with docker and atomic / ostree)
We're running Windows AS 2012 Datacenter with HyperV as the hypervisor
We're seeing the following error (Lots and lots of times, at the moment 111 times)
you can resume the task, but... it's REALLY annoying
ActiveRecord::StatementInvalid: PG::Error: ERROR: null value in column "host_id" violates not-null constraint
DETAIL: Failing row contains (386, null, 26608550-21c4-4b7b-9aa9-a554bd627e46, null, Premium, null, t, 2015-12-18 22:39:58.794).
