Packages Repositories shows double entries on initial page load
Description
Visiting a package's "Repositories" page will make two identical queries to the API, displaying both results. Visiting the tab between page loads or searching will correctly show the single set of results.
To reproduce:
1. Visit Content > Packages
2. Select a package
3. Click the Repositories tab
4. Note same entries listed twice
5. Hit search icon and note same entries properly listed just once
