Currently, Katello cannot add custom SSL protected repositories, which Pulp does support - https://pulp-rpm-user-guide.readthedocs.io/en/2.5-release/recipes.html#sync-a-protected-repo - this is a request to add that feature to the Katello GUI and hammer CLI
