AFTER option for the cleanup task should actually be BEFORE
Description
If I cleaned up all tasks AFTER say 7 days ago, this would clean up all tasks in the past week. We probably want to clean up tasks BEFORE 7 days ago.

The original though was, "`after` 7 days, the task gets cleaned". Maybe something like `older_than` be
more descriptive.

Ah yea, or maybe EXPIRATION or DURATION.
