Satellite webUI, Subscription Status shows green instead of red if registered system without auto-attach.

Description of problem:
Satellite webUI, Subscription Status shows green instead of red even if content host is not attached with a valid subscription.
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Satellite 6.2Beta
Steps to Reproduce:
1) Register RHEL 7 system to Satellite 6.2 beta by following below command, ===- subscription-manager register --org="RedHat" --environment="Library" ===
2) Then in the Satellite webUI it Hosts >> Content Hosts (Subscription Status shows green instead of red)
- No subscription is attached to host,=
- subscription-manager list --consumed
No consumed subscription pools to list ===
Actual results:
In the Satellite webUI it Hosts ==>> Content Hosts (Subscription Status shows green instead of red)
Expected results:
It should show Subscription Status as red.
