Description

Providing an API to update CNAMEs would allow a large enterprise using Microsoft DNS services to manage all DNS name services from within Foreman. When the majority of Foreman hosts are created and managed by a Linux team this removes the requirement to liaise with the Windows Team.

fixes #15244 - provide a CNAME api

This allows all common DNS operations to be handled from within the
Foreman infrastructure. The requirement for assistance from a Microsoft
colleague is no longer required.
