Description

The bats tests are currently failing with the error message: /usr/share/gems/gems/kafo-0.8.2/lib/kafo/system_checker.rb:22:in ``': Permission denied - /usr/share/katello-installer-base/checks/proxy.rb (Errno::EACCES)'

This is because proxy.rb is not executable.
