Description of problem:
The content host view shows a warning requesting the installation of katello-agent on the "Packages" and "Errata" tabs even though the agent is installed.

Satellite 6.2 Snap 14.1

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a content host
2. Install katello-agent on host
3. Go to content host view page and click "Packages" or "Errata" tab

Actual results:
Warning displayed

Expected results:
Warning only displayed if katello-agent is not installed
