Currently, the centos7-devel box will fail unless the user sets --katello-devel-github-username in the installer options in boxes.yaml. There should be some default behavior which allows this option to not be set or at least a good error message that says this value needs to be set. I'd opt for making it optional: if its not there, the installer should not add forks in the remotes of the git repositories; otherwise, add the forks as usual.
