Description

After a fresh install" 

$ cat /etc/foreman-proxy/settings.yml
...
# Where our proxy log files are stored
# filename or STDOUT
:log_file: /tmp/proxy.log
...

/tmp is no appropiate location for any logfile. The rpm should provide a better default.
