This is a main issue that will be used in order to track the status of the main task.
There will be created several smaller tasks that could be tracked separately.

The basic idea is to move puppet properties to a separate facet, but before it is possible the system needs to change a bit.
First step for this change would be moving puppet code to concerns, helpers and other pluggable tools. Probably as the system will change, new extension points would be necessary to be added to the core. Those issues should be tracked under this tracker too.
