Description

Steps to reproduce:

Go to host Host001.foo.bar.
Check that page title is "foo.bar".

Click Edit the host.
Check that page title is "Edit foo.bar".

Make changes and save them.

Observed:
Page title is still "Edit foo.bar".

Expected:
Page title is "foo.bar"
