Introduced with #4426.

undefined method `[]' for nil:NilClass
    /home/lzap/work/foreman_discovery/app/helpers/discovered_hosts_helper.rb:83:in `host_taxonomy_select'

It's this line:

selected_taxonomy = params[:host][tax_id]
