Integrity checks during upgrade
Description
In the 2.4 -> 3.0 upgrade process, are there any database integrity checks? If so, what are they?

- Tracker changed from Support to Bug
- Status changed from New to Rejected
- Translation missing: en.field_release set to 166
We make sure there are no tasks running as part of the preupgrade script, also we have database foreign key constraints.
