I had build a RHEV VM earlier, now when I am trying to delete the host using foreman GUI it is giving me error. I understand that the VM host that I am trying to remove dose not exist now (VM was removed using RHEVM), that might be causing this problem. Is there anything I can do to remove the host manually so that it won't get listed under Hosts > All Hosts?

Error "Executing dynflow action inside a transaction is not a good idea" appeared and then when I tried the same again it gave me "Required lock is already taken by other running tasks".
