rpm -V does not work for katello certs rpm

Description

If you install the consumer cert RPM and run "rpm -V katello-ca-consumer-`hostname`-1.0-1.noarch", the RPM's files will show as being valid even if one of the certs is altered. Additionally, "rpm -qa" will only show "/usr/bin/katello-rhsm-consumer" and not the actual certificates that are laid down.

Ideally, the RPM would be aware of the files it installs during %post.
