Description

Cloned from https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1238948
Description of problem:
virt-who requires a RHEL system subscribed to satellite to be able to function. As I understand it this is because it uses subscription-manager (API) to communicate with satellite. I propose to change virt-who in a way that it is one of the optional features of a capsule (including the embedded capsule). It should be configurable using katello-installer and/or capsule-installer. It is part of the subscription-management part of satellite and as such should just work.
