NameError: uninitialized constant ExternalUsergroups

Marked Urgent because right now it has brought down our production, due to api calls before certain tasks/jobs, that check for a successful report.

Current setup:
LDAP group attached to a User Group, with the External Group being that LDAP group obviously.
User group has role of Viewer.

Reproducible by click on Roles > Viewers > Filters > Clicking EDIT (under Actions) for ANY Resource. (as seen here http://i.imgur.com/BgQgWXx.png)
