Activation Key Tab, when install new host without hostgroup.
Description
You can not select an activation key, when we perform a new operating system installation without selecting a Host Group, and the subscription in Katello during deployment is carried out if we have the parameter 'kt_activation_keys' enabled. It is possible to create a 'global parameters' called kt_activation_keys.
