Description of problem:
When you're at the confirmation page after clicking the "Remove View" button, the "Delete" and "Cancel" buttons are not aligned.

Also, it looks like the border on the delete button is different than the border on the Cancel button.
Steps to Reproduce:
 1. Click the Remove View link for a content view
Actual results:
 the Delete and and Cancel buttons aren't aligned.
Expected results:
 The buttons be aligned correctly
