Description

Bulk actions for Auto Attach are going to run this line for each host
https://github.com/Katello/katello/blob/master/app/lib/actions/katello/host/auto_attach_subscriptions.rb#L13

Need to add a new action that will only run this after auto-attaching all hosts.
