Foreman discovery status screen displays N/A for "status" and "Server Response"

Description

I was trying to perform pxe based discovery using a new FDI version 3.2 from here:

http://downloads.theforeman.org/discovery/releases/3.2/

Host was discovered successfully but status screen displays N/A for status and "Server Response" fields. I tried with "Resend" and refresh the status with 'Sattus" button on console but still got N/A.

Later, to check if its appearing due to slow network I passed this option on kernel params like "fdi.countdown=30" and again got N/A

However, status appears correctly with pxe-less discovery
