Add "View Full Report" button to the OpenSCAP Reports page

Description of problem:
What I'm suggesting is that we add a "View Latest Full Report" button on the Reports page next to the delete button or on each host entry. The full report provides really good information which customers want to see (especially the remediation steps).Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):How reproducible:Easy to reproduceSteps to Reproduce:
1. Setup OpenSCAP, run it on a host
2. Go to the SCAP Reports Page, try to find a full report
3. ...Expected results:It should be simple to find the full OpenSCAP report for a client

I'd prefer extending the host page with the button. Or parsing remediation scripts to our native reports. Or both :-)

Remediation is covered by #12292, so this issue covers adding the button to host page.
