Support fro seeing external tasks though foreman-tasks UI
Description
Quite a lot, we delegate the tasks to some external tasking system: either pulp or smart proxy dynflow.
It would be handy to be able to exponse this tasks details thought the foreman-tasks UI.
In this case, instead of loading the data from db, it would use the external system API to load
the data to be presented.
