Since upgrading to TFM 1.13.2 / Katello 3.2 I am getting the following error while attempting to create a content view version via API call:
PLP0000: Could not parse the remainder: '{UsernameToken' from '{UsernameToken'
I have written a Python script which goes through and creates multiple CV versions, updates the Composite CV component versions, then creates a new CCV version. On TFM 1.12/Kat 3.1 things were working just fine (ran the script successfully dozens of times). I've attempted to run the script twice on the new versions with these results.
Here's the kicker... The script gets through the first two CCVs (and their component CVs) just fine. It has failed on the same CV with the same error message both times, and at the same completion percentage (69%).

To eliminate the custom part of this I have ditched my API-calling script and have recreated the steps manually using only the web UI. I get the same error when attempting to create the CV version on the same CVs (though at different completion percentages).
There seems to be something specific to these content views that are causing this issue.

No idea if this matters or not, but one difference between the failing CVs and CVs that are succeeding is that the failing CVs have a filter applied.

I have narrowed this down to CVs that have filters applied. With the filter removed the version create succeeds. If I put the filter back on it fails with the same error.

This is highly likely due to https://pulp.plan.io/issues/2077
Which is fixed in pulp 2.9.2. This will be solved by shipping pulp 2.9.3 with Katello 3.2.1, but you may want to go ahead and update manually by updating from: https://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/pulp/pulp/stable/2.9/7Server/x86_64/
