API-doc : Create a compute resource - URL param description missing "docker and rackspace"
Description
URL is required for compute-resource types viz docker, libvirt, operstack, rackspace and ovirt.
Per API documentation - https://theforeman.org/api/1.13/apidoc/v2/compute_resources/create.html - "docker, operstack and rackspace" are missing in the URL description.

Update: missing types are docker and rackspace only

- Translation missing: en.field_release set to 209
This is a terrible plugin extension point, it should not require rewriting a method on another class to extend. Multiple plugins will override each other, or will have to prepend/append values inside translated strings.
