If you view a host like so:

http://foremanurl/hosts/example.domain.com

The <title> shows two hostnames, e.g.

example.domain.comexample.domain.com

This only occurs for hosts created with Foreman - if the host was created manually and then imported into Foreman, the title shows correctly.
